Roof soft wash and seal coat needed to protect this roof in Randleman

Customer needed a quality roof wash to remove mold mildew and dirt. We did our soft wash low pressure chemical wash to prepare the surface for a new white roof seal coat. Once the dirt and organics were removed the surface was ready for 10 gallons of white seal coating.

This project is located in Randleman and required 2 days of drying time before seal could be applied.
